Lord, from your post you will not understand.
Is it possible to softdown a TA-082 firmware 2.5-2.8 down to 1.5, then up to 2.71SE-C or 3.02OE? If this is possible, would you be willing to start up the softdown method again?

Great Job, I myself have been waiting on this, even though I already have 1 psp at 3.02OE-A its always good to have a backup! I am so happy you got this to work, Good Luck to you and the rest of the coders who will be making a downgrader in the near future!
