Differences module between FW3.00 and 3.01
FW3.00 and 3.01 just 3 module Differences
all other module was no differences or just ver. no. changed(00 -> 01)

the new filesystem module?
kd\lflash_fatfmt.prx -> NandFlash FAT Format

Just a thought...
license plugin sounds like there are plugins that can be added to generate licenses. If that is the case, perhaps the 3.0 firmware had a loophole where anyone could create a plugin that would allow access to all media.
Basically it might be if you add in your homebrew license plugin, you can do any software/video/audio/etc.
Perhaps 3.01 fixed the hole and requires the PSP to verify the authenticity of the plugins.
